Requests must be made at least three weeks in advance for consideration. All requests are not guarantied and will be evaluated by URI Campus Recreation and will respond 3 – 5 business days.

Facility Reservations Request Form

  • REMINDER: For University student sponsored or Greek Life activities, organizations must submit the Event form through the URI Student Involvement office, approval from department/college or Greek Life prior to this Campus Recreation Facility Reservation Request Form. The approved form/email must be attached to the below request. This is mandatory for all student groups facilities inquiries.

    • If yes, please list start time. All clean up is required at the end of the event by organization.
    • Please include age category if open to the community.
    • Tables, Chairs, Referee's, staffing, equipment, lighted fields, etc. Please note, there may be a required fee for services.
    • Keaney Gymnasium and the Anna Fascitelli Fitness & Wellness Center space is not available for organizations.
    • Varsity fields, except Meade Stadium are not available for use.
    • If cancelled due to inclement weather, is there an alternative date/plan?
