Women’s Ultimate

The URI Women’s Ultimate team, Disky Business, is a competitive and fun team that competes around the New England region, and against other Division I schools around the country. Members of the team are more like a family than anything else, and the family has grown from 7 players when the team was first founded, to approximately 40 players now.

There is an A team, Business, and B team, Disky, to accommodate players of different experience levels. The team takes part in several tournaments each semester, using the fall as a training season for rookies to get to know the sport, build on fundamentals, and to start preparing all Disky Business athletes for the College Series at the end of the Spring.
