Students have access to academic advising, tutoring, writing assistance, career advising, peer mentoring, and opportunities for childcare in the Child Development Center located right on the campus with scholarships available for children.

Scholarships and Financial Aid
The University of Rhode Island awards numerous scholarships each academic year through the fundraising efforts of the URI Foundation and the generosity of private donors. Most scholarships are chosen by the academic college or the Enrollment Services Office. Use URI’s online scholarship platform to help you in your scholarship search. The application period is open April 1 through June 7 for the upcoming academic year.
