Laurie earned her B.A. in Communications from Bethany College in West Virginia, then earned her M.A. in Communication Studies from URI. She now works in the Counseling Center as a graduate assistant while pursuing her M.S. in Mental and Behavioral Health Counseling at URI. She enjoys reading, going on walks, and spending time with her daughter.
