Kelsie earned her B.A. in Music-Voice Performance from Hampton University, her M.A. in Rehabilitation Counseling from CORE accredited New York University, and her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from APA accredited New Mexico State University. She completed her APA pre-doctoral internship at the University of Akron Counseling and Testing Center. She is a nationally Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC). She enjoys all aspects of the arts, particularly live performances (music, theatre, dance, spoken word, museums, film and concerts). She also enjoys traveling (nationally and internationally), cooking, baking, engaging in laughter every day and spending quality time with close friends and family.
