URI Cooperative Extension Strategic Planning

URI Cooperative Extension is creating a five-year Strategic Plan to guide us in addressing the highest priorities for the state of Rhode Island.  We began the strategic planning process in February of 2016 and expect to complete it by late March of 2017.  URI faculty, staff, key partners, and stakeholders have contributed to the identification of five strategic areas of focus with associated goals and sub-goals.  Please click on the links below to provide your input on the draft goals and sub-goals.  Your input will be carefully considered by our Strategic Planning Committee and working groups to finalize the Strategic Plan.
