Biography

I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Spanish-speaking international development practitioner with experience managing donor-funded programs in Latin America. While much of my work has focused on market systems development and sustainable economic growth, I am most energized by the relationships that make those programs successful. My approach is to anticipate and prioritize in-country team needs, supporting their role as reliable, expert partners for the stakeholders they serve. I believe effective development work begins with respect for culture-specific ways of working and a commitment to thoughtful cross-cultural communication.
