NBCMP_Phase Two

The priority project in phase two is the demolition of Horn Laboratory and construction of a state-of-the-art research facility to engender increased scientific collaboration, leading to a greater understanding of the coastal waters of Narragansett Bay, the depths of the Antarctic, and every watery world in between.
