RHODY OUTPOST–  Rhody Outpost is URI’s principal basic needs pantry for students experiencing food insecurity. The Outpost provides fresh and non-perishable food and personal care items at no charge to students. Click here to see the updated Summer wish list. High demand items right now include PAPER TOWELS AND TOILET PAPER. Donations can be dropped off in the OLLI office.

THE KINGSTON CHAMBER MUSIC FESTIVAL The Kingston CHamber Music Festival has delivered extraordinary chamber music on the URI campus since 1989. This is their 36th season, and six concerts are scheduled between July 24 and August 4, in Edwards Hall. WAKEFIELD CONCERT BAND– Summer concert series start on Monday June 24, at Marina Park at 6:30 p.m. They will play across the street from the water and near the building that has the restrooms. The July 1, concert will be held at Matunuck Community Association at 6:30. They  will play patriotic music, Classical Gas featuring Dennis Costa on classical guitar and the 1812 Overture.  The flute choir and Dixieland Ramblers will also perform.
