Women’s Volleyball

The URI Women’s Club Volleyball Team consists of undergraduate students who have competitive playing experience from high school, club, or international programs.  Our team strives to play with intensity and maintain sportsmanship throughout competitive gameplay.  As a newly founded team, our players are motivated to build a great foundation for program growth for years to come. The team competes during the academic year against other members of the NWVCL (Northeast Women’s Club Volleyball League). Most competitions are one-day events, either on Saturdays or Sundays. This year, the National Championship Tournament is being held in Phoenix, Arizona, from April 17-19.
