Established in 2014, Rhody’s 5K Run makes a scenic loop around the campus of the University of Rhode Island.
The course starts at the Quadrangle and directs participants to run east on Ranger Road toward Upper College Road, then south toward Campus Avenue and eventually ends back at the Quadrangle on Davis Road. The route is USATF certified and precise mile markers are indicated on campus by granite posts.
Any campus organization may host a 5K. For your convenience, the S.E.A. office provides 26 branded directional signs that you may borrow the day of your race that corresponds with the required 5K course monitor assignments.
