From high energy cardio and strength training to yoga and meditation, we’ve got a class for you. We offer over 75 different group exercise options to choose from, including Cycle, Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Body Pump, and much more.

Our nationally certified instructors are ready for you! Get to know them, enjoy a class, and ask questions–we are here to help you achieve your goals.

 
 

Attending URI Campus Rec Group Exercise Classes!

To reserve your space in a Group Exercise Class, download the IMLeagues app (mobile or desk top) using your URI email and SSO,  find your class under the “fitness” tab, and sign up.   Check in with your instructor at the class location listed, and enjoy!  If you can’t make it to class, please cancel at least one hour prior (your friends on the waitlist will thank you!)
