RHODY OUTPOST HOLIDAY GIFT CARD DRIVE- Help Rhody Outpost and the URI students in need this holiday season. Donations of gift cards (Walmart, Dollar Tree, Grocery Store, Visa Cards) in any amount. Specific items needed include: hand & body lotion and liquid hand. Any donations can be dropped off in the OLLI office.

DIY Holiday Watercolor Note Cards* – 2 sessions on Wed. December 4, 11:30am-1:00pm and 1:30pm-3:00pm. Kara Marziali will help you create six note cards for the upcoming holidays. Material Fee: $10 (cash, check, PayPal, or Venmo) to be paid directly to the instructor the day of class. All materials will be supplied, and students will receive a kit designed especially for this class. (Click on times above to register.)

Navigating The Holiday Season As We Age – 1 session Tues, December 10, 2:00pm-3:00pm. The holiday season can come with mixed feelings for some older adults. Join us as we discuss the importance of mental and physical health as well as strategies for navigating this time of year. Register Here

URI THEATER DEPARTMENT PRESENTS PETER AND THE STARCATCHER A whimsical backstory for the beloved story of Peter Pan and his arch-nemesis Captain Hook. Runs Dec. 5-7 at 7:30 p.m., Dec 8 at 2 p.m. in J Studio at the Fine Arts Center, 105 Upper College Road, Kingston Campus. Tickets are $20 for the general public and $15 for senior citizens and URI students, faculty and staff. BAZAAR ARTISAN CRAFTS- Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, 383 Old North Road, Kingston. Saturday, Dec 7, 8:00AM. A highlight of the Kingston Village Fair for 14 years, this annual holiday sale features greens arrangements, fine hand-made crafts including artwork, jewelry, stained glass, fine sewn and knitted goods, and other unusual hand-crafted gifts. Home-made soups on sale! Bake table, raffle baskets, “re-gift” store and more are offered.
