On November 6, Butterfield celebrated its reopening, after an 8-month closure for renovations. While students have been dining at Butterfield since the start of the semester, University officials, students and staff officially celebrated the reopening of the facility and all of the positive buzz surrounding the $12 million project, which also included expansion and improvements to the accompanying residence hall’s lounge and the addition of a patio.
