On Saturday, June 11, the Friends of Women’s Athletics and Rev. Lynn Baker-Dooley, wife of URI President David M. Dooley, hosted An Evening of Grapes and Grain. The annual event, which was sponsored by South County Hospital Orthopedics Center, helped raise over $26,000 for URI’s women’s athletics programs. Approximately 225 guests attended the function, which featured live music provided by URI students.
