Rhody Postcards: Ken Miner ’71 and John Hardiman ’75
A Chance Meeting in Spain
Early this fall, Ken Miner ’71 was walking the 520-mile Camino Frances across France and Spain. When he stopped for the night at an albergue (a hostel along the route) he had the happy surprise of meeting a stranger who turned out to be a fellow URI alumnus, John Hardiman ’75. They enjoyed their chance meeting and became fast friends over glasses of vino tinto while exchanging stories of their time in Kingston. Strangers can become friends in an instant when they discover their Rhody roots!
