It’s no secret that exam week takes a toll on us all. Late nights cramming, anxiety settling in, and sometimes feeling as though there simply aren’t enough hours in the day to get it all done. We hear you! And we are here for you. This is why we have given you this amazing tool of a Self-Care Kit to emphasize the most important part of exam week…don’t forget to take care of YOU.

So, how does it work? Scroll through the vast array of buttons on this page. After that, it’s easy, simply click on the button that corresponds to how you are feeling, and we are there to help with a vast array of resources. For example, Feeling Stressed? Click on the “Feeling Stressed” button to find a plethora of live animal cams to watch, from adorable panda bears to energetic penguins to peaceful elephants! Click on the “Feeling Hungry” button for our quick and nutritious 5 minute meals, especially for those days where you feel as though there simply isn’t enough time to eat (Make time, your nutrition is very important!). Maybe you even click the “Thriving” button– which is AMAZING! – and want something fun to do. Check out our 60-second dance videos, or endeavor on one of our crafts, like making a hot chocolate bomb! 

Whatever you are feeling, whether it be good, bad, or in between, know you are not alone. There are so many people out there who will help.
