Exercise for Positive Mental Health
URI Counseling Center psychologist, Michael Starkey, explains how exercise can positively influence mental health by keeping you present, focused, and engaged in novel experience—all through movement. He’ll show you five different burpee progressions. Once you’ve learned them, he challenges you to pick a burpee level and complete a timed AMRAP (as many reps as possible).
