Visit the Maintenance Building to pick up office keys or sign out a vehicle. This is building #13 on the GSO Campus Map.

Office Keys
To request keys please click on the Request Service link above and fill out a work order form. Please include building name, room #, and the name of the recipient of the keys. We will notify you when keys are ready to be picked up on the second floor of the Maintenance Building, 68 Pier Road.
Vehicles available for sign-out
The following trucks are available to use for GSO business. Please email gianna.gesualdo@uri.edu to submit a request. Please try to plan in advance as we have limited number of vehicles and will try to accommodate everyone.
Please use the spreadsheet located inside the vehicle to record CFS, driver, PI, odometer reading and number of miles traveled.
