Subjects include wildlife control, wildlife habitat, Animal Welfare Act, Marine Mammal Protection Act, animal prescription labeling, Pet Protection Act, and the Legal Standing Bill which permits private entities to file law suits aimed at enforcing regulations under the Animal Welfare Act.
Subjects also include:
Animal Biomedical Research (1998-1990), regarding the welfare and protection of research animals in biomedical laboratories. Subjects include possible alternatives to the use of these animals, and the application of existing animal welfare laws to animal biomedical research.
Animal Welfare Act (19889-1991), regarding legislation providing protection to animal research facilities from illegal acts. The bill aimed to make breaking into an animal research facility a federal crime.
