Stressed?

Perhaps the most used word of exam week: stressed. Due dates and long nights of cramming, amidst a pandemic nonetheless. It seems impossible to not be stressed. But despite these tough times, we are here to offer de-stressors to help calm the nerves during this time. Perhaps you just need to shake it out; check out our five-minute dances or quick exercises to relieve some of that tension. Or maybe you need to slow it down with some breathing exercises or calming tea. No matter what, remember that the stress will pass and that we have your back the whole time!
